There are different ways to connect with REFRESH. More opportunities for getting involved will follow in the course of the project.
Get active in the National Platforms
Businesses, NGOs, public administrations, and scientific institutions in Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, or Spain are invited to apply to participate in the National Platforms. Visit our National Platform pages for more information about recent activities, participants, and to reach national contacts who can let you know about how to get involved in the National Platforms:
Join the REFRESH Community of Experts
The REFRESH Community of Experts is an online platform to find and share information and best practice on food waste prevention. It was created in partnership with the EU Platform on Food Losses and Food Waste (FLW), which was established by the European Commission. Experts can register as users to share their own research results, tools and innovative approaches, as well as take part of the contributions of other experts.
To accelerate and facilitate progress in the food waste research area, all experts are encouraged to publish their results in the network and to actively collaborate with the CoE’s members. Registered members of the CoE get access to the growing library of resources, support and expertise from other members, and more. Access the CoE and register as a user at http://www.refreshcoe.eu/
Connect with us at events
REFRESH hosts events throughout the project, and REFRESH partners frequently represent the project at external events around Europe. See our events page for an overview of events related to food waste, including events attended by REFRESH. Events run by the REFRESH project are marked as REFRESH events.
Send us an email at email@example.com if:
- you are interested in collaborating with us or want to meet up with us at an upcoming event
- you are running an event on food waste and would like us to include it in our calendar
- you would like to offer to advertise REFRESH events in your networks (without cost)
