Food waste has been declared a priority by industry leaders, with audacious food waste reduction targets being set to signal the degree of urgency, ambition and intent of those in retail, production and government.
On Thursday, January 19th, the KLU in Hamburg will host an event of interest to everyone caring about food waste reduction.
This workshop will aim to re-inspire retailers and fresh suppliers as to the rewards of everyday collaboration by developing new thinking, new insights and the key elements that define great collaborations.
