As part of a series of events for the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) hosted by Berlin food waste start-up MealSaver, REFRESH researcher Keighley McFarland will present the REFRESH project and the REFRESH Food Waste Solution Contest.
At the event, there will be a buffet of saved leftover food from one of Mealsaver's restaurant industry partners, followed by a presentation and open discussion round.
The event is free and open to everyone, including entrepreneurs, restaurants, students, researchers or persons interested in food waste.
